Pure self-indulgence, nothing of interest to anyone else. Summary: I have terrible taste lol. I like all the stupid straight-up pop songs and I dislike ballads. Also, all I care about is SM. This is a long-accepted truth.

Full disclosure: I like pretty much all of f(x)'s promoted songs. I don't care for the Red Light album or the song, though (it's TOO disjointed. the chorus wrecks everything). I haven't listened to the 4 Walls album more than once. I want Krystal to get a solo mini-album. Words make sentences.

Red Velvet
Strange that this is so sparse. I thought that I liked more Red Velvet songs than this? Maybe it's because I really really really love the songs that I do, and I would recommend them all unreservedly to even kpop Outsiders. I'm also surprised that I can't say that I fully LIKE more of their promoted songs - the Velvet side is just really not my thing, Ice Cream Cake puts me off, Russian Roulette is okay except I dislike the poor ~vocal direction/production~ (their voices all sound so thin and alike), Rookie is elevated by the dance.

lmao OFF THE CHAIN INSANITY. I have no idea if there is any system here. I LOVE SHINEE. I love stupid sparkly SHINee (REAL, Black Hole, SHINee Girl, Downtown Baby, 3 2 1), I love slow jam SHINee (Alarm Clock, Electric Heart, Chocolate, Feel Good), I love loud ridic annoying SHINee (KISS YO, Ring Ding Dong, Woof Woof, Up and Down), I love densely layered crazy talented SHINee (Symptoms, Dynamite, Hitchhiking, Clue, Prism), I love heartfelt ballad SHINee (Quasimodo, Life, Romantic, 1000 Years), I love strange eerie moody SHINee (Password, Odd Eye, Orgel), I love pure retro pop mastery SHINee (Savior, Like a Fire), I love sincere comforting SHINee (Honesty, A-yo). Overall: NO ONE DOES EVERYTHING BETTER THAN SHINEE DOES; their music has gotten more mature and complex in their later discography but I like their earlier ballads/slow songs better; their Japanese releases have not improved at all and are SUPER bland except for literally like five exceptions; I LOVE SHINEE.
