1. What did you do in 2006 that you'd never done before?
Laundry all by myself! Watched a movie in a theater by myself! Used a credit card!
2. Did you keep your new year's resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
I didn't make one.
3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
I don't think so.
4. Did anyone close to you die?
My (ex?)uncle, on Thanksgiving.
5. What countries did you visit?
Zero.
6. What would you like to have in 2007 that you lacked in 2006?
Good grades. Joy for school, or at least a less crippling dislike. Stable parental units.
7. What date from 2006 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
July 5, 2006: Belle and Sebastian at the Hollywood Bowl.
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
LOL
9. What was your biggest failure?
Dear god, where to begin.
10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
I was sick hardcore during the spring/summer for about a week. And I got banged up while The Cousin was here. And right before the move-in to UCLA, I tore up my right middle finger. But otherwise, not that bad. Look, it's past Christmas and I still don't have a fever! Hooray for meee!
11. What was the best thing you bought?
B&S's The Life Pursuit or my fugly purse from Target.
14. Where did most of your money go?
My personal money went to CDs, DVDs, and books.
15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
Concert! Seeing my family again and going home.
16. What song will always remind you of 2006?
Blue Oyster Cult - (Don't Fear) The Reaper. Not for any thematic reason. This is humiliating.
17. Compared to this time last year, are you:
Happier or sadder? This time last year? So exact? Happier.
Older or wiser? I'd like to think wiser. I was thinking of everything in a weird way jr year.
Thinner or fatter? I feel fatter but survey says, h'oddly doddly, thinner.
Richer or poorer? I have no real income. Poorer.
18. What do you wish you'd done more of?
I wish I'd studied more, slept more, thought constructively more, talked to people more when it had to be done.
19. What do you wish you'd done less of?
I wish I wasted time on the internet less, been annoyed less, been sad less, wrote less while thinking it was good.
20. How will you be spending Christmas?
I spent Christmas at home with ma famille, and it was wunnderfull.

SPN, The Office (US), Doctor Who for the brief window in which it didn't suck, HIMYM, FNL.

Best new book? I'd have to say Wasted by Marya Hornbacher and Howl's Moving Castle by Diana Wynne Jones.

iPod.

Tons of things, both material and spiritchoo-ul. I am very covetous.

Of movies that actually came out this year, I'd say The Departed. Of movies I saw for the first time this year, Singin' in the Rain.

I went to class, wore my Nice Jeans, bought a Strawberry Shortcake ice cream bar, and watched the Prestige. Which was not that good. I'm eighteen now.
32. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
Fuck, I don't know. A remote that controlled time. Pause, rewind, fast-forward, all that jazz.
33. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2006?
"It's okay if you look like a sloth who hasn't slept in a week! Wear all your coats until they fall apart!"

HAHA. Escapism into TV shows and things.

HAHAHA. I don't even have to say this.

Gay marriage, abortion rights.

My family.

I am a total hermit and never met anyone new ever.
