Comparatively more reasonable stanning: They seem to be really excited by their popularity in Japan? They've always had their amazing small but dedicated fanbase in Korea but this GENERAL adoration seems really new to them and they're responding to it. They were SOOOO hyper and adorable and playful at the Tokyo Legends concert. At the end when all the groups were being introduced they were so mobile and energetic compared to the others and they did that stupid aegyo thing (and that other stupid aegyo thing where they exploded from their huddle like a bunch of fairies bursting out a flower, what is with them lately!!) and Jonghyun singing, WHERE DID THAT COMFORTABLE CONFIDENCE COME FROM??? And then their super low bowing tour, oh god SHINee, always so precious. When they debuted they were all soooo eager and bowed so low they went off the fucking screen. And they are still!! STILL!! I have no end to this sentence. SHINEE. THREE YEARS ALMOST TO THE DAY. But goddamn you show 'em. YOU SHOW 'EM. Hit that shit, unf.
I feel sad for their kfans though. They're so talented and dedicated and supportive ;~~; It's kinda sad SHINee have to go to Japan to get that whole-hearted acceptance but I'm glad they're being recognized somewhere. I mean, popularity is a weird unpredictable animal but it's really not a stretch to see SHINee doing well.
BUT I WILL NEVER FORGIVE JAPAN IF THEY ARE MEAN TO JJONG AND MINHO
