Barrelling our way through Lost. We mainlined the first season in 2 days five years ago and now we're catching up!! It is amazing how into a show you can get when you don't like any of the characters. We're on season three right now. I'm glad the finale is supposed to be batshit amazing because this shit suuuucks. Each episode feels three hours long. Even when interesting things happen I'm still bored as hell. wat the fuque.
My favorite characters are Desmond and Rousseau. I also liked Ana Lucia and Mr. Eko, but well, you know. Everyone else is on middling levels of okay to whatever. Except Michael and Charlie. I cannot fucking believe it, ALL THEY DO is make terrible dumbass decisions. They are Stupid Cop levels of dumb. (Stupid Cop is what my sister and I call Stupid Cop from Heroes. We call him that because he is stupid and he's a cop.)
I like Juliet not so much because of her as a character but because I love Elizabeth Mitchell. She guest-starred on Everwood once and I was entranced by how pretty she was and I looked her up on imdb and that's why I remember her name! She's damn good y'all. Same for Penny. She doesn't have much to her yet but Sonya Walger is so completely lovely and charming and she and Desmond are gorgeous and her hair is so pretty and I liked her on The Librarian: Quest for the Spear!!
